By welcoming USZ, the Opera House and Yuh, EqualVoice United strengthens a network that consists of the Ringier initiative EqualVoice, diversity partner EDGE, and leading Swiss companies, all committed to promoting gender equality in the Swiss economy.
EqualVoice United now brings together 23 leading Swiss companies. The collaboration focuses on cooperation, knowledge sharing, and data-driven analysis. The initiative’s content is guided by the fifth United Nations Sustainable Development Goal, which promotes gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls.
On January 27, 2026, the member companies of EqualVoice United met for a C-Level Breakfast at the Ringier Pressehaus in Zurich to further develop their common path, discuss the next steps at the leadership level, and welcome the three new member companies, Yuh, Zurich Opera and USZ.
Strong presence for EqualVoice at the World Woman Forum in Davos
The EqualVoice initiative was represented with two panels at the World Woman Forum in Davos. This presence in Davos is not merely symbolic but intentional: where political decision-makers, leading business figures, and global opinion leaders convene, negotiations also take place on who is visible, who is heard, and whose perspectives shape public discourse. Anyone aiming to sustainably strengthen the role of women in business, media, and society must address these questions precisely where agendas are set and reach has an impact.
On January 22, 2026, at the World Woman House, participants including Annabella Bassler, CFO of Ringier and founder of EqualVoice, Brittany Kaiser, CEO of AlphaTON Capital, Tamara Raich, Founder & President of Athena21, Christine Graeff, Global Chief Growth Officer of FGS Global, Leila Toplic, Chief Communications & Trust Officer of Carbonfuture AG, and Harald Port, Founding Partner at PvL Partners, discussed leadership, influence, and responsibility in the C-suite. The panels were moderated by Rupa Dash, Founder & CEO, World Woman Davos Agenda, and Annabella Bassler.
