Ringier takes over majority of Serbian News Magazine

Ringier takes over 61,48% of the renowned Serbian news and political magazine «NIN».

The magazine, which was established 1935, is one of the oldest and traditional political magazines of the country. Its main topics are in the range of politics, society, art, science and sport. «NIN» stands as abbreviation for «Nedeljne informativne novine».

Ringier, publishes already the news magazines Cicero (Germany), Reflex (Czech Republic) and L’ Hebdo (Switzerland) and will strengthen the range of the high-standing news and political magazines increases with the acquisition in Serbia. «NIN» can secure with it the leader position under the Southeast-European political week magazines.

With three daily papers and two magazines Ringier is already today the largest publishing house in Serbia. The Ringier titles reach together weekly more than 1.5 million readers in Serbia.
