On 1 September 2011 Mr. Schulz-Isenbeck switched to Ringier from the Verlagsgruppe Handelsblatt where he was management spokesperson and Chief Financial Officer. 

Ringier CEO Marc Walder stated: “I would like to thank Tobias Schulz-Isenbeck for his hard work and commitment at Ringier. And I would be happy if he would continue to support our company as a consultant.” 

In the interim, Annabella Bassler (35) is taking over the position of Mr. Schulz-Isenbeck. Ms. Bassler is head of Corporate Finance at Ringier AG.
