Ringier continues to expand its online offering by acquiring the “geschenkidee.ch” e-commerce platform, which has been in operation since 2002 and is the number one supplier in this segment. Taking advantage of a range of multimedia services and platforms, Ringier will further consolidate its strong market position.

The parties have agreed not to disclose any contract details.
