Having already acquired 70 percent of the shares in Ejobs Group S.A. in March 2012, Ringier increased its stake to 100 percent on March 24, 2015, purchasing the shares held by the company’s founders, Liviu Dumitraşcu and Daniel Tătar.
eJobs.ro has been one of the leading Romanian online job portals ever since it was first established in 1999. In February 2015, its website generated more than 3.3 million unique visits.
As Vasiliu Mihnea, General Manager Romania, sees it, “Full acquisition will enable us to strengthen our digital business in Romania further. eJobs.ro is a highly profitable company.”
