Free Media Ukraine is the publisher of the daily newspaper Blik and employs 106 persons. Ringier is selling the newspaper for strategic reasons and will concentrate on its successful activities in Central and Eastern Europe in the future. Expectations have not been fulfilled overall in the Ukrainian market.

SC Adevarul Holding SRL will retain all employees and manage the publishing company further. General Manager Marco Stettler will handle the transfer of the publishing company in Kiev until the end of October and then be available for a new management position at Ringier.
