Relying on strong synergies with Imobiliare, DSA Advisor intends to accelerate the expansion of its business on a national level, streamline operational and digital processes, grow the number of partners and focus all efforts to provide the best services and customer experience in the market. The new financial services unit will be marketed under the country’s number one digital real estate brand Imobiliare in order to further drive market penetration and awareness.
Imobiliare´s new financial division will be organized in a new company and will be managed entrepreneurially by Razvan Greciuc and Doru Iliescu, Co-Founders and Managing Partners of DSA Advisor jointly with Dan Niculae, Head of New Business at Imobiliare. They will grow the mortgage business in close collaboration with Dan Puica, CEO of Imobiliare. The new management team will make use of strategic assets provided by Imobiliare in order to create additional value for buyers of properties as well as for sellers, Romanian banks and financing partners.
