Ringier Media Switzerland (RMS) is acquiring AdUnit, previously a subsidiary of the Goldbach Group, which belongs to the TX Group, effective March 1, 2026. The AdUnit software solution for agencies, publishers, sales networks, and SMEs is an ideal addition for Ringier Advertising: It facilitates access to high-quality Swiss advertising environments and will make booking even simpler and more intuitive in the future, especially for SMEs. A total of 11 AdUnit employees will move to Ringier Advertising, the commercialisation unit of RMS led by Thomas Passen, as part of the transaction.

Continuity for Clients
For existing AdUnit clients, everything will remain as it is. Contacts, service, and ongoing campaigns will not change. As of March 1, 2026, the team and technology will be united under the umbrella of RMS and integrated into Ringier Advertising: from the booking tool to the inventory. Development, operation, and further enhancement will take place in Switzerland.
AdUnit Booking Tool – integrated at Ringier Advertising
The AdUnit Booking Tool acts as a one-stop-shop for advertisers and agencies for self-booking or as a managed service. It provides access to the entire inventory of RMS Switzerland as well as relevant external digital channels such as YouTube, TikTok, Meta, or LinkedIn. The offering is supplemented by DOOH, audio, and CTV. A unified user interface simplifies booking and accelerates processes. Fully automated reporting, cross-channel billing (“one campaign, one invoice”), and a multi-DSP strategy significantly reduce administrative effort and increase efficiency for both clients and marketers.
