The objective of transformation is to align activities across the market leading brands of United Classifieds (nehnutel’nosti.sk, topreality.sk, reality.sk, autobazaar.eu, and autovia.sk), and Imobiliare (Imobiliare.ro, Imobiliare Finance and Imoradar24), more closely, leverage shared capabilities and strengthen in particular the real estate platforms’ innovation capacity.

The joint set-up will be led by Dan Puica, CEO of imobiliare.ro. Dan brings extensive experience spanning finance, business transformation, and executive leadership across major digital platforms including OLX Group and most recently at imobiliare.ro. Milan Konecny will remain with the company until the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition.

The structure of United Classifieds as operator of the leading digital ecosystem in Slovakia and its existing brand portfolio remain as is. There will be no changes for customers, partners, or users: daily operations, contracts, and points of contact continue seamlessly as usual.
