Ringier Advertising: getting even closer to customers with a new digital presence

Ringier Advertising launched its stand-alone digital B2B presence with a new website and social media channels in early December 2020.

The digital and print advertising unit Ringier Advertising has been in operation since 1 October 2020, with Managing Director Thomas Passen at the helm. Launching a stand-alone website is the next step in the process for Ringier, which announced that it would be taking over print and digital advertising back in February 2020, while Admeira will focus solely on TV advertising from now on.

Advertising clients, agencies and other interested parties can find all key information on how to place advertisements in Ringier media titles and in external clients’ print and digital inventories at ringier-advertising.ch. “We are proud to be representing strong brands such as Blick, BILANZ, Le Temps and Swisscom blue on the market, and we are excited to further expand the services we offer our customers through the launch of our new website,” said Thomas Passen, Managing Director of Ringier Advertising. The additional social media presence with accounts on Twitter and LinkedIn enables the company to offer a holistic approach to communication across all platforms.

Customers now enter the site via the overarching brand world of the various media titles, where the different advertising options are then separated into print and digital. All information on Ringier Advertising’s services, including current media data, bookable advertising forms, and prices and rates, is publicly available. The company also offers its customers useful explanations of the online booking tools for print and digital, targeting opportunities and programmatic advertising. Registered users can log in to access the tried-and-tested Toolbox, which includes the Mediacompass.
