In July 2021, Great Place to Work® conducted an anonymous employee survey on behalf of Ringier to determine the current level of employee satisfaction. With a general satisfaction level of 87% and a Trust Index score of 76% (based on the average answers to more than 60 questions), Ringier has been certified as a Great Place to Work®. To be awarded this certification, companies must achieve an overall survey result of at least 65% in the Trust Index™.

Since September 2021, Ringier employees have been able to work flexibly from anywhere in Switzerland. With «Mobile Office», Ringier has chosen a hybrid working model that strikes a sensible balance between on-site attendance and remote work. The new Ringier Mobile Office Policy allows a remote-working quota of up to 60%. Regular team days at the office (at least 40%) are recommended, but daily attendance is no longer mandatory.
