New Co-Managing Director appointed at Ringier Germany

Thorsten Thierhoff will be the new Co-Managing Director of Ringier Publishing GmbH and Juno Kunstverlag GmbH in Germany, jointly managing both companies with Anne Sasse. Thierhoff has been working for Ringier in Germany since 2004, most recently as Head of Distribution and Business Development. He will take up his new duties immediately.

At Ringier Publishing GmbH, 43-year-old Thorsten Thierhoff will now be responsible for distribution, marketing and controlling, as well as publishing operations. He will work alongside Anne Sasse, who will continue to manage sales and new products in her existing role as Co-Managing Director, a position she has held since October 2014. Thierhoff, who will report directly to Marc Walder, Ringier AG’s CEO, will take on his new duties from Michael Voss, following the latter’s recent departure from Ringier.

Annabella Bassler, Ringier AG’s CFO, will also join the management committee.

Ringier Publishing GmbH is the publisher of Cicero, Magazin für politische Kultur. Juno Kunstverlag GmbH publishes Monopol, Magazin für Kunst und Leben.
