Michèle Rodoni was appointed CEO of the oldest private insurance company in Switzerland in August 2020. Born in Geneva with roots in Ticino, she has been part of the management team at la Mobilière since 2012. She has a successful track record managing the pensions division and was responsible for overseeing the Management market segment, which includes 80 general agencies across Switzerland and roughly 3,000 employees.
