František Novák has been appointed as Executive Director of Ringier Slovakia Media and Ringier Slovakia Communities

The Board of Directors of Ringier Slovakia has appointed František Novák as the new Executive Director of Ringier Slovakia Media and Ringier Slovakia Communities. In his new position, he will cover the day-to-day operational management of companies, negotiations and relations with business partners, as well as other business topics. He will report directly to Marek Václavík.

Marek Václavík remains the general director after a successful period in Ringier Slovakia. In the upcoming months, he will focus on the vision, strategic direction and closer cooperation of both companies.

František Novák has been the Managing Director of Ringier Slovakia Communities since 2023. Previously, he held the position of Chief Digital Officer within Ringier Slovakia. He has been working in the Company since 2013, during this time he held several leading positions.
