The Board of Directors of Ringier Slovakia has appointed František Novák as the new Managing Director of Ringier Slovakia Media and Ringier Slovakia Communities. He will succeed Managing Director Marek Václavík on January 1st, 2025 and will be responsible for the strategic leadership of the company, as well as supporting digital transformation and technological innovation to ensure the company’s competitive advantage in an ever-changing media environment. Marek Václavík will leave the company’s leadership team by the end of December 2024.

František Novák has held several senior positions in Ringier Slovakia companies since 2013. He has been responsible for the operational management of the company, business negotiations, and relations with partners as Executive Director Since 2023. As the former Chief Digital Officer, he contributed to development of the company’s digital products and its technological transformation. He has over 15 years of experience in managing web and application development across various industries and extensive expertise in digital business.
