In September 2021, she introduced the hybrid working model – the Ringier Mobile Office Policy. She was also a driving force in the development of management training, Diversity & Inclusion, employee satisfaction surveys and equal pay certification. I would like to thank Susanne wholeheartedly for her great dedication and wish her all the best and continued success in both her professional and private life,» says Liatowitsch.

Following the appointment of Haldi as Chief People Officer and his move to the Corporate Center, Ringier Business Services will transfer to a new functionally oriented structure.
