Since taking office in December 2024, Kevin Gander has restructured the group management and successfully driven the content refocusing of the program offering. He provided important momentum for the group’s future viability by professionalizing the radio and music programming and economically optimizing the event portfolio. After reaching several important milestones, differing views on the future long-term direction have now led to the decision to end the collaboration. 

To ensure seamless continuity in day-to-day business and for the upcoming event highlights, Energy Chairman of the Board of Directors Alexander Theobald will take over operational tasks ad interim with immediate effect.
