Appointment of Andrei Bereanda as new Managing Director of Ringier Romania Media

Andrei Bereanda will take the position of Managing Director of Ringier Romania Media from March 18th. He will succeed Dan Puica, CEO of imobiliare.ro, who has been serving as Interim Managing Director since July 2023. Ringier Romania Media includes Libertatea, Avantaje, ELLE and ELLE Decoration, VIVA!, unica.ro, TVmania and TVsatelit. The leading Romanian sports media platform gsp.ro continues to be managed by the Ringier Sports Media Group (RSMG).

Andrei Bereanda brings a wealth of experience and an impressive track record in the digital business landscape to his new role. He is a seasoned professional who has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision throughout his career, most recently as Head of Digital Business Unit at Pro TV Romania. During his tenure, Andrei led initiatives to revolutionize ProTV’s digital presence and achieved remarkable results. He significantly increased overall revenues and secured the number one position in premium video views generated annually. Prior to his role at Pro TV Romania, Andrei Bereanda held influential positions at OLX Romania, where he was instrumental in driving revenue growth and market expansion. Earlier in his career, he worked for Ringier Romania as Online Key Account Manager.
