As previously announced, Xiaoqun Clever (45) will take over her new role as Chief Technology and Data Officer of Ringier on 1 January 2016. At the same time she will join the Group Executive Board of Ringier AG.

Also as of the first of the year, the Board of Directors has additionally elected Robin Lingg (36), CEO Ringier Africa & Asia and Alexander Theobald (51), currently Head Operations & Business Development, to the Group Executive Board. Alexander Theobald will take over the position of Chief Operating Officer Ringier Switzerland. In addition to CEO Marc Walder, CFO Annabella Bassler and Thomas Kaiser, CEO Ringier Digital, are also members of the Group Executive Board.

In Switzerland, in turn, we see great potential to expand within our broadly diversified portfolio. This will be the responsibility of Alexander Theobald.
