Ringier has been active in Serbia since November 2003. The company is headquartered in Belgrade and publishes a total of three newspapers, including Blic, the most widely read daily paper in the country. Ringier also owns two magazines, three websites, the distribution/subscription company Transpress and the printing facility APM Print in Belgrade. VCP Media Partners B.V. had acquired a 25.1 percent interest in Ringier.d.o.o and Blic Marketing d.o.o after Ringier entered the market. Ringier Serbia currently has 477 employees.
