Adrian Dudle has been head of the legal department at Ringier AG since October 2012. In this position, he is responsible for providing legal support to all divisions and subsidiaries of Ringier. Adrian Dudle studied law at the University of Freiburg and graduated in 1989. In 1992, he was admitted to the bar and qualified as a notary. In 2000, he completed a master’s degree in European and international business law at the University of St. Gallen. Before joining Ringier, Adrian Dudle ran his own consulting firm, DEGAP business • law, which he established in 2007. His clients included a number of companies with international operations, such as Orascom Development Holding AG and Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts AG, where he served as general secretary and corporate counsel. From 2001 to 2007, he was group general counsel and secretary, a member of the executive committee and deputy CEO of Mövenpick Holding AG. Previously, he worked in the legal departments of SAirGroup and KPMG and was also the business affairs manager at Universal Music Switzerland.
