Ringier AG is headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. The company staff numbers approximately 3,400 employees in its domestic market segment. With a broad range of products such as newspapers, magazines, TV programs and e-commerce platforms, Ringier is the only Swiss publishing house active in all three main language regions. It is also the market leader in tabloid and entertainment media. Ringier newspapers like Blick and Le Matin, magazines like Schweizer Illustrierte and L'Hebdo, and new launches like the LandLiebe magazine, have been setting journalistic benchmarks for decades. In 2010 the Blick group created Switzerland's first ever newsroom. It is now the country's biggest, most advanced editorial office. With editorial offices in Berlin, Ringier Germany produces two high-quality magazines. CICERO, launched in March 2004, made its debut as the first German magazine for political culture. Ringier also acquired a majority share in the German art journal Monopol in January 2006. This magazine directed at an urban population with a sense of art and esthetics has quickly managed to achieve a high level of credibility with artists and trade professionals. In 2011, Ringier acquired the art magazine Literaturen, now a supplement of CICERO magazine. Ringier Germany has about 50 employees and strategically has been part of Ringier Switzerland since 2009.

Ringier Hungary
In Hungary, its biggest territory in Eastern Europe, Ringier has been publishing Blikk, the most widely read national daily newspaper, since 1994. The Sunday edition Vasarnapi Blikk, Blikk Nök and the entire bracket of women's and youth magazines are equally successful. Ringier Hungary also publishes the sports daily Nemzeti Sport, rich in tradition and currently the number 3 among Hungary's dailies. In addition, Ringier has held a 70.77 percent share in the widely-read major daily newspaper of reference, Népszabadság, since 2002. Ringier Hungary is also active in the print business. Ringier Print Hungary is the region's leading coldset printing plant, printing five of the eight national daily newspapers. In the field of new media Ringier cooperates with various partners. It launched MSN Mai Nap, a latest generation news portal, in collaboration with Microsoft. Ringier Hungary and companies in which Ringier is the major shareholder employ a staff of over 1500.

Ringier Romania
Ringier Romania is the leading foreign publishing house in Romania. The Ringier subsidiary publishes 22 print products, among them the daily tabloid Libertatea, the fashion magazine ELLE, the women's magazine Libertatea pentru Femei and the youth magazine Bravo.
Over the past years successful new launches such as the women's magazine Unica and the thriving Libertatea.ro website are proof Ringier has invested in a promising market. In addition, Ringier runs Romania's most up-to-date newspaper-printing plant in Bucharest. In the summer of 2011, Ringier acquired Edipresse A.S. Romania, one of the country's largest magazine publishers, including publications as the fashion and high-quality lifestyle magazine ELLE and the Avantaje women's magazine. Ringier Romania currently employs a staff of approximately 400.
